Call Center Agent 101

So you want to be a Call Center Agent? I’m sure you do because you won’t be visiting this site unless you’re interested to become one right? Or maybe I’m wrong and you’re just one curious individual but either way, this site is designed to help out aspiring Call Center Applicants to land a job. Let’s face it, nowadays, the BPO industry is one of the largest in the Philippines. It’s also a high paying job that doesn’t require you to have a diploma. Some companies even accept high school graduates and that in itself is sort of an amazing opportunity especially for an impoverished country wherein a college degree is out of reach for some families. My main goal is to help reduce the unemployment rate by providing the applicants with all the help that they need to prepare them for a Job interview. Remember that it’s a good thing to be confident on your application, but it’s even better if you’re both confident and prepared at the same time.
